Kivuli is feral at heart and his mannerisms typically reflect that, though his years interacting with civilized beings has made him more social than a normal leopard. He is mostly carefree and playful, despite his size, and is fast to make a friend. When he does, he is loyal to a fault. Social deception is not an understandable concept to him, so he tends to be a bit naieve.
Kiv, as one might expect, harbors a great love for nature and all that it comprises. He holds a special love for cultivating useful herbs, mint among them. He is in the lucky half of felines that are reactive to the mint family and he has been known to indulge on occasion. Being a healer in part, he also takes great pleasure in helping others.
He is defensive and extremely territorial about things he identifies as "his", or those beings he cares for. When an enemy is made, the distrust runs very deep. Among the things he has absolutely no tolerance for is that which corrupts, destroys, or disrupts the natural world. He understands that there is entropy in nature, but also that there is a difference between that which occurs naturally and that imposed by artificial means.
